| Description | Retro-styled aluminium-bodied machine with an insulated thermoblock, vibration pump and PID (80-110 C brew, adjustable steam temperature). The PID version adds volumetric dosing, programmable pre-infusion, a shot timer and an externally adjustable OPV. | Espresso machine with a built-in conical burr grinder (25 settings) and the Impress assisted-tamping lever, which applies 10 kg of tamping pressure and adjusts the next dose automatically. It uses a PID-controlled ThermoCoil heater, low-pressure pre-infusion, a 54 mm portafilter and a manual steam wand. |
