On the other hand, Wilton from Colombia processes his specialised coffees using zero water waste facilities. Despite close proximity, getting between Brazil and Colombia is difficult. Having established a working friendship, Pedro and Wilton share their coffee knowledge and technique, and even different exotic varietals with one another. Interestingly, sourcing good coffee seeds for farming from different countries is fairly difficult, but these two make it work.
