| Description | The Flair 49 PRO is a fully manual lever espresso machine designed for people who want complete control over their espresso, without relying on electronics. This is about as hands-on as it gets. You’re controlling pressure, flow and extraction yourself, which means when you dial it in properly, you can produce seriously high-quality espresso at home. Lever espresso machines like the Flair 49 Pro are incredibly tactile with direct response when extracting, pulling with too much force you'll feel it and if you want to experiment with pressure profiling, the flair can easily accomodate this. The updated 49mm portafilter and brewing system bring it closer to a more traditional espresso workflow, while still keeping everything simple and mechanical. It’s a great option if you enjoy the process of making coffee just as much as drinking it.
