| Description | Brew and drink from a single device with one of the most portable coffee makers, the Pipamoka all-in-one coffee maker. Simple, sturdy and Robust pressure brewer, it becomes super quick and easy to fuel your days and enjoy hours of hot, freshly brewed coffee during your commutes, work hours or travel adventures. Designed and engineered by Wacaco , the Pipamoka packs every tool you need to prepare and enjoy a perfectly balanced coffee. Capable to extract in no time a cup of coffee, Pipamoka brewing methods set it apart from other devices. Its patented construction, paired with its innovative twisting mechanism, generates vacuum pressure inside the mug. This negative pressure creates a suction force that draws hot water downwards through the coffee grounds. The coffee is then brewed directly into the insulated thermal mug where it will stay hot for hours. Pipamoka's new pressure coffee making method makes a clean, full flavoured cup of coffee in about two minutes. Pipamoka uses a reusable metal micro filter mesh (with no need for paper filters) in order to let the natural coffee oils present to pass through into your cup, contributing to richer flavours. The brew ratio of the Pipamoka is similar to standard pour over coffee methods, close to 1:15 and it is recommended to use a medium to medium-fine coffee grind size for optimal extraction. How Does Vacuum Pressure Work? The Pipamoka uses a twist of the control ring to push water through the coffee grounds, creating suction that draws hot water down and brew coffee directly into the thermal mug, keeping it hot for hours. The Pipamoka brewing method is unlike any other. By generating pressure, the grounds are "squeezed" by fresh hot water creating a smooth, balanced, and non-bitter extraction in a short amount of time. … | The Moka Pot has always set a new standard.
