| Description | ECM's Puristika is an espresso-only single-boiler machine with a radical minimalist design — no steam wand, no hot water, just precision espresso. PID-controlled at 93°C and fitted with a 58mm commercial portafilter, it is purpose-built for black espresso purists. | Newer version of the Elizabeth dual boiler with a 200 ml brass coffee boiler, a 600 ml steam boiler and a saturated LELIT58 group with its own heating element. Adds Lelit's patented 'Pagaia' paddle for flow profiling, with factory, custom and manual profiles. |
